Pacifism as religion is a feature of the Devil. When you hear all those international organizations, the pope, etc., to praise "peace in the world", you know that they are "many antichrists" (1 John 2 and 4). Why?
But because the true peace will be brought ONLY by Christ Jesus at His second coming. Remember in Isaiah 9, one of the names of Christ?
The prince of peace (and the mighty god, you can well also replace in NT age with capital letter God).
So, how to describe this present situation, with the Man in White, the lieutenant of the Antichrist, continually praising world peace from the city on seven mountains (Rome)?
Humanity today is like that classroom where the teacher is absent for a moment. As soon he goes out to talk with the director of the school, the children start to make noise, to have fun, to fight, to laugh, to play with toys secretly hiddent in their cloths.... But the most intelligent children try to calm down their friends, whose noise could arrive in the ears of the teachers, talking with his director on the upper floor.
He then could come "from above" in the classroom, angry and ready to punish the rebellious kids.
Well, Rome and her daughters (Reformed churches, "protestantism", the Byzantine churches, etc.) are moved by different theological reasons, but converging in the same goal: to render impossible the coming back of the "teacher"... The first group, Rome & Bizantine daughter/sister, think that the teacher is already come back, but then He returned to the director and the noise and chaos has only to be 'managed' by his appointed heads of the classroom ruling and teaching in his stead (I would have loved to be one of them to teach others for example model railroad layouts, etc.... OK, ...sarcasm) .... Other says the same thing with the difference that the teacher is not come back for a moment, but that he will come back from the director just when his appointed heads of the class will complete the program of study in 'self-management'....
But the true intentions behind the wise, honest, peaceful, good advices to not make noise and chaos, is not the ingenuous maliciousness of avoiding a deserved punishment. Rather, this is what they let the people think.... The true goal is to show that kids can live by themselves without a teacher, or: TO DEMONSTRATE THAT WE CAN CREATE A PARADISE FOR OURSELVES WITHOUT THE SON OF GOD.
When these poor deceived people applaude the pope of Rome in s. Peter's square, they do that for a sincere (and sinful) intention to perform a "good work", avoiding God's wrath.... But the Man in White at the window, is moved by a completely different motivation: that guy is working for his master, who wants to demonstrate that the world can be transformed in a paradise of peace, justice, tolerance, love, (four, like the riders!!! .... :-D) ....WITHOUT GOD AND HIS BELOVED ONLY BEGOTTEN SON... (Psalm 2, just give a look at it, and please, be it a good old AV 1611 KJB)....
For this purpose, there has to come a fake Christ, who will attract billions by his gospel of peace, love, justice, tolerance.... after few years (let's suppose three and half), that guy will abruptly change, and show the Devil's inside him with brutalities never seen until now....
Why?
Well, think well. Isn't the Devil a deceiver? First he will attract with his best guy (probably Judas Iscariot resuscitated) billions of people, who will believe that just in the name of God and His Son we achieved the Garden of Eden on Earth for All. Then, when his garden will be globally established (Will you not believe it? when he will be able to make peace between Israel and Iran & Hamas????... Aren't you blind?!!!! ".....don't you see we are living in the true paradise promised by God????....",.... "....See????.... the Jews are worshipping now in the third temple, and the Ayatollah are praising their Allah side by side in PEACE???,.... THE LION BESIDE THE LAMB!!!!....."....)
....well, I was saying, when his garden will be globally established, suddenly,..... BOOOOOOOM..... the true nature of that guy will explode in the face of the world..... ("....Hey!, wait a moment!... isn't stupid the Antichrist??, why to ruin all a perfect, diabolical job, which even the Creator was unable to stop!!????... dunno understand my friend!")
Ohhh poor naive!..... See?..... How you have been deceived by the Romanists???.... The Fake Good Guy, must become the Beast after some years of planetary "honey, milk & peace", for a precise reason:

Start to see the light at the end of the tunnel?.... Sometime happens we spend a lot to repair a computer, a device, etc..... We believe that only an expert can do it.... Then an expert appear, and with a cheap price repairs our broken device.... after repairing it he tells us that he is not an expert, that we didn't need of an expert.... Then we start to HATE the experts.....
This happens daily in the world, no problem. But when a fake expert will come and will do a fake reparation, maybe causing (minor) problems he knows how to solve, in order to put in a bad light the true Expert,.... and will ask to pay him a very low price even with fake banknotes, well, brace yourself, buddy: 11And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie....
